Reimaging what home Can be
As one of my first campaigns out of college in 2019, I worked with the in-house team at Schell Brothers to develop and execute a campaign to sell out their communities in Southern Delaware. Buyers are used to scrolling through beautiful and polished images of home exteriors and interiors and we wanted to develop a campaign that looked 'lived in.' 
Highlighting life in Southern Delaware
We created scenarios to highlight ways our homeowners can utilize their Schell Brothers' space. What does it look like to cook a meal in a Schell kitchen? What can movie night look like if you're in a home theater instead of on the couch? We cast talent (real homeowners) and got to work building the assets. I was mainly part of the team working to capture the photography and video.
