
What do you get when you mix real people with the brand promise of a company like PostNet?
Stories Worth listening to and a campaign laced with emotion.
Of course, Stan is not a real person. PostNet needed to boost their brand presence nationally, get their name out there, and let the world know who they are. My team and I needed to find a way to capture their spirit while leaning into the brand elements they'd already established.
Stan here helped me come up with the tagline, 'At PostNet, we're on a first-name basis.' I decided it was best to lean on the stories of real PostNet owners and customers to better capture PostNet's spirit. Using Stan as an example of what I was looking for, we chose four heroes and visited them at their businesses.


Kindness Matters.
The best part of this project was getting to know our two selected owners and two selected customers. They embodied the mission and values of PostNet to their core. It was an honor to witness their passion and perseverance, even if it was from behind the camera.
I worked closely with our video production partner to interview our heroes, produce scripts and shot lists, and direct on-set. Ultimately, we made a huge impact on PostNet and our customers.
