(De)fying all odds
I needed to come up with a general brand awareness campaign including talent acquisition elements for this defense & intelligence technology company. DeNOVO had never run a proper campaign before and needed to stand out in the saturated industry on the East Coast, so it was up to my team to educate them and find a way to express who they are by utilizing all of their existing brand elements.
This campaign focuses on the empowerment of those who are part of DeNOVO’s member family and client community. By working with or for DeNOVO, clients, and members will defy the possibilities of their business vision or their career path. This campaign speaks to the actions of DeNOVO and the emphasis they put on supporting their clients and members. The messaging is action-oriented and focused on the future, while the design elements represent the fluidity and flexibility of services offered.
The campaign is now in the clients hands 
I've spent the last year updating DeNOVO's website to include campaign language. In the meantime, I developed a content calendar and plan for them to implement the social and paid posts. Below is a piece of a campaign guide we left them with to inform the design and copy they may use in the future.
