Where it's alllll Happening
Denver Pavilions has too many empty retail spaces. They needed some new and eye-catching sales tools to help them sign new tenants. As a central shopping center in Downtown Denver, they've got so much more to offer than other places in the greater Denver area. They offer a variety of activities, a local twist, and easy access. After all, Denver is downtown for so many states out West. The brochure we developed for Denver Pavilions needed to highlight all of these key differentiators, excite future tenants about the possibility of a location at Denver Pavilions, and prove the positives about the opportunity. 
Getting there
I first developed an outline for approval. I mostly had nothing to go on aside from an in-depth meeting and a goal. The client approved the outline and I got to writing. The brochure is filled with information, catchy headlines, and beautiful imagery.
