Making Building Science Interesting
My team and I needed to come up with a way to highlight the advanced building technology Schell Brothers offers with their new home builds. What's sexy about science? Not much, except maybe how easily it can make your life more convenient. 
We decided the biggest key differentiator about this 'Schellter' advanced building science was that it allowed Schell to create homes for their homeowners that are built for the way they live.

We built a story around the word 'tough.' There isn't anything you can do to or in your home that a Schell build can't handle. The girls featured in the TV commercial are using what used to be too much electricity, but with Schellter, they're barely making a dent. 
Standing out in a crowded market
The goal of the campaign and commercial was to highlight something that sets Schell apart. There's so much competition in the real estate market, especially in a beach town in Southern Delaware. Not many other builders offer such a customizable, advanced, and unique science-backed strategy to building. This campaign successfully highlighted the key differentiator and was a blast to film.
